William Head Hole in the Wall NA Group

Invites you to a Barbecue at William Head
Saturday,September 11th 2010

    From 12:15pm till 5:00pm.

Both Males and Females are welcome.

Everyone interested should try to be there at 12:15pm prompt; then the group can head in together.

Those who have clearance for William Head do not have to fill out the new forms, but must let Steven K know if they are attending, so that the Institution has a solid idea of the numbers of people who will attend.

There is a suggested donation of $10; this is not compulsory but if you can give anything it will be mightily appreciated by the guys in William Head. They have to pay for this event from their own pockets and any donations would help them recoup their initial outlay and keep their group financially viable. Those who wish to donate should hand the money to Steven K at the gate of William Head on the day of the event.

After consultation with the Social Programs Officer at the Institution it was decided that there would be a 6 months clean-time requirement on this event. If anyone has any questions about this please call Steven K at: 250 474 0388.

Please consider giving some of your time to head out to the prison and carry your message of strength; hope and experience. It will mean a lot to the members of The Hole in the Wall group if you show up.

All site access forms must be returned to William Head no less than three weeks prior to the event. If you do not have access to a fax machine, please get the filled out forms to the next area service meeting on August 15th, either by giving them to your GSR or going to area yourself. This will give us time to get the forms and numbers to William Head.
